From the 1st July our clinicians will be using a new tool which makes notes of your consultation in real-time. These are reviewed by the clinician and entered into your medical record. This not only will free up the clinician to focus entirely on you rather than note keeping, but will provide a detailed and accurate record of your care.

You will be asked for consent which you can withdraw at any time.
