Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor, nurse or other healthcare professional has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your SystmOnline or Airmid account
- use our online form (Patchs) to request them
- phone or visit us between 10am to 6pm and we will tell you what the results are

If you want to talk to someone about your results, use our online form (Patchs) and someone will be in touch.
Tests requested during hospital appointments and by other specialists
We cannot discuss the results of tests requested by hospital consultants or other specialist healthcare professionals. You will need to contact that healthcare provider to get the results.
Tests requested by private healthcare
We cannot order tests on the NHS which have been requested by a private healthcare provider.
