Wakefield’s King Street Walk-in Centre – Have your say!
The King Street walk-in centre in Wakefield provides care for people with urgent health needs without the need for an appointment.
The centre is open 10am until 10pm and can be a convenient way of being seen quickly.
Wakefield District Health & Care Partnership would like to hear from patients and local people about how they use the walk-in centre, what works well and where there might be opportunities to improve the service.
Your views will help build the understanding of people’s needs locally and shape future services in line with the latest NHS guidance.
You can give your feedback by completing a short survey. The survey is anonymous which means it will not be known who has completed it.
Your feedback will help those who plan services understand what local people need and how services could be improved.
The survey is available online at: www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/KingStreetWalkIn/
If you would like to download and post it, you can do so via this page of the Wakefield District Health & Care Partnership website.
If you would like help to complete the survey or would like it in a different format, please contact: wyicb-wak.engagement@nhs.net or call: 01924 213050.
